Wine–making
After removing stalks, maceration in contact with skins lasts for one night at low temperatures; then wine is racked and pressed for fermentation in controlled-temperature stainless steel vats.
Alcoholic fermentation
In temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (max 20°C) by using the best and most selected natural yeasts
Ageing
In stainless steel vats for 3-4 months

Organoleptic properties
Colour: pale straw with green tinges
Bouquet: delicate, floral with aromas of "white" fruits
Flavour: fresh, soft and persistent finish and flavour
Pairing
Ideally served with mixed appetizers of toasted bread with toppings and cold cuts, first courses, light meat, fish and young or mid-aged cheese.
Service temperature: 6°-8°C.
