The outdoor area is equipped with a beautiful scenic swimming pool (4mx8m; 13.1ft x 26.2 ft), solarium with umbrellas, sun chairs and outdoor shower; moreover, the hot tub that can host up to 7 persons, with chromotherapy and bluetooth sound system. The pool and hot tub are open from beginning of May to end of October.

Mountain-bikes
The farmhouse is located in a central position to ride bikes on CAI (club Alpino Italiano) tracks and the paths twisting and turning through the municipalty of Castiglion Fiorentino. There are maps with descriptions in English and Italian available at the farmhouse. For those who may be interested there is a mountain bike rental company where it is possible to rent a bike to go and discover amazing hills and mountains in Tuscany.
