Villa Sole is a Tuscan Villa within Agriturismo Santo Stefano property. The Villa is independent from the rest of Agriturismo apartments, with its own private access, particularly suited for parties of 8 people who want to enjoy their vacation time in total privacy and seclusion.
The Villa was renovated in 2023, designed to create the most serene space merging the modern and functional furniture with the typical Tuscan cotto floors and large wooden beams ceilings. The swimming pool and hot tub are located to accentuate the breathtaking view. The Villa offers exceptional sunshine throughout the day with magnificent views of the sunset overlooking the Valley and its hills, ( over the background the medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino and the vaste Val di Chiana.)
The lawn area is for private use to the Villa guests and offers relaxing spaces with tables, chairs and sun chairs. A private brick wood-fired BBQ is available to enjoy fun cookouts. Guests can share their meals in the patio while enjoying the spectacular Tuscan panorama. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun chairs and umbrellas. Next to the pool, the hot tub for up to 7 people, with chromotherapy and music provides the space for your evening wellness time.
Villa Sole is a 2-story building: on the first floor the living room with sofas and TV, dining room, kitchen, a common bathroom, and 2 bedrooms each with private bathrooms Two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom are located on the second floor.
The other apartments
Every apartment in detached from the others and has private outdoor spaces made available to guests. They all have a kitchen and a bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi Internet connection and all other modern conveniences. Every apartment has a private shady area furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs.
