Booking and Payment
30% down payment to be paid upon reservation by bank transfer or postal order at the address of the farm. Balance to be paid on arrival. Upon confirmation of your booking the staff will provide you with information about how to get there.
Tourist Tax
According to the local rules every person staying overnight must pay a tourist tax equal to 2.00 € per day for the first 7 days. Children under the age of 14, disabled people an other subject listed on municipal regulation are exempted from the tourist tax. For further information click here.
Cancellation Policy
From the day of reservation to 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be withheld.
From 29 days to 9 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be withheld.
From 8 days to the arrival date and in case of no show, the total amount will be withheld.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3 pm to 7 pm.
Check-out is within 10 am.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the summer. For different times of check-in and check-out and for any specific need you may have, please contact the farmhouse.
Guests
Guests must have some form of personal identification document. Guests' personal data will be registered upon arrival and forwarded to the local security authorities as required by Italian law.
Unregistered people are not allowed to stay overnight.
Pets
Only cats and small dogs are allowed to stay at the farmhouse with an extra charge of 20 € per week to disinfect the premises as required by the law.
Use of the swimming pool
The swimming pool can only be used by guests and the owners of the farmhouse. It is open from May to October inclusive.
Hot tub are for the exclusive use of guests.
