Organoleptic properties
Colour: ruby red with Bordeaux red nuances
Bouquet: rich with aromas of vanilla and hints of black cherry, redcurrant and mixed berries
Flavour: intense, balanced and soft tannic finish
Pairing
Ideally served with first courses, savoury and rich meat sauces, roast meat, grilled meat, game and aged pecorino sheep cheese.
Service temperature: 18°C in long-stem red wine glasses.
